This notice explains how Prairie Labs, Inc. handles information submitted through Prairie Labs and General Simulation Company™ websites and inquiry forms.
Information we receive
We receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, organization, message, and simulation-request details. Our sites and service providers also process basic technical and security information needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and protect the forms.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to inquiries, discuss possible work, operate and secure the sites, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We may use providers for hosting, security, email delivery, and related operations. They process information on our behalf for those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect Prairie Labs, our users, or others.
Retention and sensitive information
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation, business records, security, and legal obligations. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment information, regulated data, trade secrets, or other confidential material through an initial inquiry form.
