Simulation Store terms

Prairie Labs, Inc., operating as General Simulation Company™, is the seller. By continuing from the Store and completing Stripe Checkout, you agree to these terms and our Privacy notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you buy for an organization, you represent that you may bind it. Paid Store simulations are for adults; an organization may assign an unused code only to an adult participant.

A Store item labeled “One simulation run” provides one interactive run of the named modeled situation. An item labeled “Open-system access” may be re-entered as that product supports until its lifetime usage limit is exhausted. The activation code is the bearer instrument that opens the named product; it is not a bank balance, gift card, security, cryptocurrency, or transferable account.

The selected Luna, Terra, or Sol edition fixes the model and the product-specific, provider-enforced lifetime usage limit stated beside its Store price. That limit is not money, stored value, a gift balance, or a transferable credit. A code ends when its limit is exhausted, it is revoked or refunded, or the service is withdrawn as law permits.

Unless checkout states otherwise, a code has no fixed calendar expiration. Running a simulation requires an internet connection, JavaScript, and a current browser capable of opening gensim.co. Codes may not be resold.

Context layers may be previewed or downloaded separately. Buying a code does not transfer ownership of Prairie Labs software, context layers, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

The Store displays the total USD price of one code, including the $0.30 order-processing fee. Stripe itemizes that fee and displays any applicable tax before you authorize payment.

The final Stripe Checkout total controls. We do not charge a customer if exact pre-minted inventory for the selected edition cannot first be reserved.

After Stripe confirms payment, the private return page normally displays the code immediately in the purchasing browser and is the primary code-delivery channel. If transactional email is available, we may also send the same code to the address collected by Stripe.

Copy the code and keep it private. Anyone who possesses a bearer code may use its remaining allowance. Contact us promptly if the paid return page does not provide a code.

Before entering a code, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a code has been entered or its allowance has been used, the sale is ordinarily final except where the service is defective, not as described, or applicable law requires another remedy.

If Prairie cannot deliver a working code or the purchased context layer is unavailable, we will provide a replacement or refund. A full refund revokes every code linked to that order. A partial refund does not restore, extend, or change a code.

Request help at hello@prairielabs.ai and include the Stripe receipt identifier. Do not email payment-card details or a provider credential.

Do not use a simulation or code to violate law, infringe rights, evade a provider limit, attack the service, expose confidential or regulated information, or interfere with another customer.

Simulation output may be incomplete or wrong. It is a modeled experience, not legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made outside the simulation.

We work to keep paid simulations available, but networks, inference providers, and software can fail. We may suspend access to protect customers or the service and will provide the remedy required by these terms and applicable law.

Store availability may be limited by location. Do not purchase or use a code where the transaction or service is prohibited by sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prairie Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for a Store purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

The terms posted when you buy govern that purchase. We may update later terms prospectively and will change the effective date.
