Refunds

Request a refund within 14 days if the code has not been entered. Once a code has been entered or its allowance has been used, the sale is ordinarily final except where the service is defective, not as described, or applicable law requires another remedy.

If payment succeeds but Prairie cannot deliver a working code, or the purchased simulation is unavailable, we will provide a working replacement or refund the purchase. We also review duplicate charges and purchases delivered for the wrong edition.

Email hello@prairielabs.ai with the Stripe receipt identifier, purchase email, simulation, and model edition. Do not send a payment-card number or activation code.

We aim to acknowledge a complete request within two business days. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; the customer's bank controls when the credit appears.

A full refund revokes every activation code linked to the order. A partial refund does not restore or extend a code. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable right under applicable law.
